Taiji Forms

The Taiji Forms we teach follow a natural progression beginning with shorter, simpler sequences and moving onto the more complex. Each Form in turn has its own principles taking you to deeper levels of connection and understanding of yourself.

Qigong Sets

The Qigong Sets we teach offer the general health benefits of Taiji Forms but are more suited to those who want simpler and shorter sets of movement. 
Depending on the focus or need of a particular group, there are also many individual Qigong movements and exercises that we use.
