The Taiji Forms we teach follow a natural progression beginning with
shorter, simpler sequences and moving onto the more complex.
Each Form in turn has its own principles taking you to deeper levels
of connection and understanding of yourself.

The Qigong Sets we teach offer the
general health benefits of Taiji Forms
but are more suited to those who want
simpler and shorter sets of movement,
as well as those wishing to go deeper
into the energy aspects of health and
self-care.
