Ba Shi 1 and the 16 Step Form
The Qigong form will be Ba Shi 1, is a set of 8 moves,
taught to encourage deeper breathing, a feeling of
embodiment and to unblock energy. The Taiji form is
16 Step Form, to develop a relaxed and focused mind
and natural movement in the body.
